Wednesday Dinner with two of my favorites; Bistro 1860 Chef Michael James Crouch and Four Roses Bourbon.
Chef Michael James Crouch never ceases to amaze me in both his creativity and execution. Tonight was no exception. He exceeded everyones wildest expectations.
Mix that with his Four Roses paired meal and you'd be very satisfied, BUT Four Roses surprised everyone after desert with an incredible treat. We were honored to enjoy a bottle of their 125th Anniversary Edition which won Bourbon of the year last year and sold out in a few days locally when it was released. This is a Bourbon you can't get anymore anywhere and it like everything else Four Roses produces was outstanding! (Hint if you want to taste it I am pretty sure I saw Bistro 1860 Co-Owner Ron Kayrouz claiming what remained.)
It was so much fun that we stayed way too late! We are talking midnight late. Check out my photos and plan on joining us next time.
