"My focus is to capture life and life's magical moments."
I have a passion for life and love to capture and share it with all around me. I hope you enjoy my photos as much as I do capturing those "special times."
Photography has been my lifelong hobby. It all started over 50 years ago. I loved photography so much that I had a darkroom in the basement of our house as a child. Then came college, work, marriage, two beautiful children, and photography took a back seat.
That was until our then 15 year old daughter Rachel asked me to get her an SLR film camera. Little did she know that in the back of my closest sat my 1970 corroded battery Minolta 102 35 mm camera waiting for her. So we dusted off the camera bag, loaded fresh batteries and film and headed to Butler State Park for her 1st photography lesson. That was over 20 years ago. That moment released a creative monster in both of us. Rachel went on and graduated from California College of the Arts in San Francisco/Oakland. While there Rachel was honored to attend Chihuly's Pilchuck glass program three summers in Seattle.
I have continued forward in my passion for photography constantly upgrading my camera equipment to a semi-pro level today. I've also now moved to the skies shooting both high resolution video and still shots high above with my Quadcopter. This allows me to capture exciting new perspectives that are not possible at ground level. Without a doubt, the future promises to be even more exciting!
