Like anything Dean does this was no ordinary event. Corbetts featured a marinated whole hog feast Thursday night outdoors on their beautiful patio. It was hosted by Chef Dean Corbett and BBQ Masters Chef Shaun Ward (Ward 426) Chef Michael Dunbar and Chef Jeff Dailey (Corbetts).
The honored guest was a 120 lb Garey Farm's* Tamworth Heritage Hog marinated for 5 days and then roasted in La Caja China served with way too many fixins and sauces to list finished with Strawberry Shortcake & Whipped Cream for desert.
Everyone had a great time and enjoyed outstanding service and a feast fit for a king. There were some surprise door prizes too that only added to the fun. It was an outstanding evening that I know Dean will do again. Don't miss out!!!
